You may recall my recent Plaid Christmas card, where I needed to use digi paper since I couldn’t lay my hands on any plaid dsp. The paper I’ve used on this card is identical since it uses some of the leftover paper.
This is a very simple card. I cut the plaid dsp to size and mounted it on red cardstock. Using Vintage Photo Distress Ink, I sponged all around the edges and also distressed the edges. For the top and bottom, I used pine needles from a very old vintage Christmas set I have and use often – it is “Dear Santa” from Darkroom Door.
The greeting is from the same set and was also mounted on red cardstock.
You can’t see them very well, but I also stamped a couple of pine cones, which came from “Special Season” – a retired SU set.
I am entering this card in the Double D Plaid Challenge.

LOVE the vintage look of this, Cheryl. And the plaid is fabulous, digi or not. This card is just beautiful!!!!
