Vintage Birthday

This is another quick card.

I cut up all my dsp to the size of my card bases, which made it very quick to put a number of cards together in a reasonably short period of time.

I added my distressed dsp to a white cardbase, then added my foiled topper.  Foil colour Navy Blue, ArtDeco Creations heat activated foil, “Happy Birthday” Hotfoil Stamp from Ultimate Crafts.

I’m sorry, but I made this a couple of weeks ago and can’t recall which die I used at the back of the topper.

For this card, I used the “Bodice” Cut, Foil & Emboss die on white cardstock with the same Navy Blue foil. I added it to the card beside the greeting, which I’d cut out, then added a grey material flower from my stash.

I added some perfect pearls liquid around the neck to make a necklace, but unfortunately it all joined together, so the effect was lost.

Lastly I added a silver bow, also from my stash.

Thanks for looking, and as always, if you want to comment and the comment box isn’t showing, click the title of this post and it will magically appear!
