I haven’t posted for a while as I’ve been laid up with pneumonia. I am now at the tail end of it, and almost back to normal.
Today’s card has been made for the Just Us Girls Color Challenge, where we must use pink, navy, and gray. I found this quite difficult to begin with, but finally got there. I’m still making Valentine’s Day Cards for the flower shop, so that’s what this card became!
It is a very simple card, and I won’t go through the steps as you can most likely work it out from the photo. (Let me know in the comments if any clarification is required.)
Thanks for looking, and as always, if you want to comment, and the comment box isn’t showing, click the title of this post and it will magically appear!
This is a gorgeous and elegant card! Love how you used our challenge colors! Thanks for joining us at Just Us Girls!
Beautifully done Cheryl. Great colors too!
Thanks so much, Christine! I’m very happy with the results.

So sorry you have been laid up, didn’t know you were feeling poorly, but glad you are on the mend. I love the simple beauty of this card, especially the lacy border. Great take on the challenge, my friend! Thanks so much for playing along with us this week over at Just Us Girls!
Thanks so much, Judy.
I am pretty happy with the border. It was done with a Martha Stewart punch, and was very easy to do.
This is very pretty, i would not have thought to put these colours together Cheryl, but I love how you did it!
