I’m sure I’m not alone in saying Sympathy cards are something I cringe at having to make.

The flower shop has asked me to make a small handful of Sympathy cards, as they often get requests for them. Double D’s challenge this month is Black and White, so it gave me a bit more incentive to make this card.

It was very simple to make. I cut a panel then punched along the bottom. The centre was made using two different sized dies, and cutting a frame, so the smaller die cut sat in the centre of the white panel with black showing through.

I then stamped it using an old Stampin’ Up! set.

Last but not least I added a small black bow.

*The stamping looks crooked here, but I’ve actually photographed it crooked. Very sorry!
