Before I get onto today’s card, I just want to let you know quickly, that I’m in hospital with pneumonia. They let me out for a few hours to day for a ‘home visit’ so here I am. I have less than an hour left before I have to go back. (I *should* be home to stay in a few days. Fingers crossed.)
Anyway, this card was made for my sister’s birthday. I recently purchased this (unbranded) clock die, but have never used it before. I distressed the cardstock by scrunching it up before I cut out the clock, then distress it with Vintage Photo distress ink.
The “Sister” stamp is one I bought from Kaisercraft a couple of years back, but also never used. I cut around the ‘sister’ image, then also distressed with Vintage Photo. I then popped it up with dimensionals, and then added flowers (from my stash) top and bottom.
The paper is from my stash, and I cut it so the flowers were showing at the bottom.
Last but not least, I added some pink gemstones to finish off the card.
That’s it. Pretty easy.
I am entering this card in the Crafty Cardmakers “Time” challenge. (I had already decided to use the clock die before I spotted this challenge. Perfect timing!)

So glad to see at the bottom here that you are home now! Pneumonia can be a scarey thing!
I hope your Sister appreciated you creating her such a gorgeous card almost literally from your sick bed.
