This was an extremely simple card to make.
I cut a piece of 6×6 dsp to size, leaving a small border each on each side. I stamped the greeting, (which is from the Penny Black “Wonder Set”) using white embossing powder.
I stamped the poinsettia image (which was from the same set) twice on red cardstock, then cut them out. I added a couple of tags on plain white cardstock, and added the poinsettia image on top. Added some gold thread, and lastly a Kaisercraft brad that’s been in my stash forever.
Last of all I added a few tiny pearls to the bottom.
That’s it!

Beautifully done and I love the clean and simple style. Gorgeous colors too!
I am in such a Poinsettia mood! Beautiful card!

Thanks Verna. I will probably make more like this as it was quick and easy.
Thanks Donna. Last year I made heaps with poinsettias, but so far this year there’s only this one!
