Quick and Easy Ephemera Christmas Card

Hi everyone, it’s Cheryl here with another quick and easy Christmas card.
There is no stamping or foiling on this card – I only used double-sided paper, ephemera, foam tape, plus some ribbon from my stash.

I began by cutting and scoring my card base, then trimmed one of the cut-aparts from The Gift of Giving Collection so there would be a small border surrounding it when added to the base.

I added that to the card base.

From Sheet 6 of the 12×12 papers (Code: CO727902) I cut out the poinsettia border.
I added double-sided foam tape to it after cutting it to size, then added to the left of the cut-apart.

Next I added foam tape to about three-quarters of the back of the “Peace and Joy” greeting from the Diecut Sentiment Pack. Then I added glue to the remainder, and balanced it over the poinsettia border I previously added.

Next I took the “candles” ephemera from the Diecut Ephemera pack, again adding foam tape to the back.

Last of all, I added a small bow using ribbon from my stash, then added some glitter glue to the flames.

That is it. It’s a really simple card, and you can change it up by using different cut-aparts, emphemera and borders.
