I am way behind on my Christmas cards this year and decided to make some quick cards.
I recently bought the Couture Creations Peaceful Peonies design paper collection as well as the Ephemera for the same range, so got to work.
Using a few of the Christmas hotfoil stamps and Cut, Foil and Emboss dies, I was able to put together a variety of cards.
Traditional colours are nice for Christmas, but every now and then I like to go for pink-themed, and this range worked perfectly. (Sometimes we have to think outside the box a little.)
I will showcase a different card each day leading up to Christmas, but I’m not going to say much about it. I have literally just layered the ephemera, or in some cases, like the above card, just added a ribbon and bow, plus a hotfoil stamp.
For the paper, I used 12×12 paper, and cut six pieces from it, with some leftover scraps. (One 12×12 sheet should yield enough paper for six regular-sized cards.)

Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my creation!
Beautiful peony. I suppose they would be blooming there this time of year. We have ours bloom usually in May.
Thanks Verna. Sadly, I am not a gardener and know little of flowers. But Google tells me they are in bloom mid-to-late October until mid-December. It also says they’re drought resistant, which is just as well!
