Nautical Card

I don’t often make masculine cards, generally only when I need to. Today though, I made one for a challenge.

This card is for the Mod Squad Nautical Challenge.  If I were honest with myself, I actually enjoy making masculine cards. I just don’t like thinking up new ideas!

This card was fairly easy, but a little fiddly. The background stamp is “World Map” from Stampin’ Up! – I only used part of the stamp, then coloured lightly with Distress Inks.

The ship and greeting are both from Inspired by Stamping, and the anchor is from an unbranded stamp and die set, which is entirely nautical!

Thanks for looking, and as always, if you want to comment, and the comment box isn’t showing, click the title of this post and it will magically appear!

  1. I love your nautical card you created. Fantastic seeing the ship through the porthole.

  2. I love your card, and I really like the image setting on top of the wood embossed circle panel. Thank You for entering this weeks challenge over at Mod Squad. 🙂
