Day Two and we’re working with Vellum. Having a great time, and can’t imagine how I did without this wonderful technique before!
In class they used Copics to colour the Vellum. I don’t have even a single Copics marker, so I used my Tim Holtz Distress Markers instead. They worked perfectly.
*I’m pretty darned happy with my “His” card except I feel the coloured vellum is a little too long below the strip of vellum. Next time I’ll make it a little shorter. The word “Happy” was made on my Silhouette – thanks to a special friend who talked me through the process!

I love love love these two cards. I am definitely going to have to CASE them. I love the whole look!

Thanks, Susan. I really love the look of the colored vellum. It’s such an easy technique, but the results can be spectacular. Another technique I’m certain I’ll be doing again.
