As you may have noticed, I haven’t joined in any challenges for a couple of weeks at least. I made around sixty Christmas cards (some for family and friends, others to sell), as well as making eleven card sets for gifts.
Phew! It’s been a busy few weeks, that’s for sure!!
Now the Christmas rush is done and dusted, I’m back into making cards – in my new craft room no less.
I made this engagement card, as I hadn’t made any for ages. I used the Spellbinders Curved Borders die to cut the shape at the top. This has been one of my best die buys. I use it so often, much more than any other die I own.
I cut the leaves from gold cardstock. The dies are unbranded ones, and are great. The flower is from my stash.
The greeting is from Stampin’ Up! Love and Laughter (retired). The embossing folder is from Kaisercraft.
This was pretty simple to make, and only took about fifteen minutes.
I am entering this card in the STAMPlorations Theme and Sketch Challenge.
In case I don’t get back on before the new year begins, I would like to wish you and yours a very happy and prosperous New Year!
