Easy Christmas Card with Bells

This is another easy Christmas card that can be completed in minutes.

Start off with green cardstock, and fold in half.  Put aside.

Now take white cardstock for the front.  Cut it so there is a small border showing all around.  That is, when you place the white card on the folded green card, you can still see the green showing around all sides. At this point, glue the white card stock down onto the green.

Take some red cardstock, (which is slightly smaller than half in width than the white card) and glue it down, again leaving a slight border around the edges.

I’ve then taken some scrapbooking paper and cut out a shape with Labels One.  It’s been placed on the card on an angle.  Then I’ve taken two bell embellishments, added some gold thread to have them hanging at two different levels, and glued them on.

I’ve added a white and gold ribbon bow (which also hides the gold thread), and added a button to the right side bottom of the shape.

To finish it off you can add a gold brad or pearl, or rhinestone, or anything you want to add.

As you can see, this is literally a piece of red card stock down the side, a shape that was made using Labels One, and a piece of ribbon and a couple of bells and a button. So easy!

This is one of those cards that is fairly quick and easy to make.  If you have all your pieces ahead of time you could do multiples in a night, and make your Christmas card making reasonably quick.

**Don’t forget to change the colors and embellishments etc to make this card uniquely yours.
