As I mentioned a few days ago on this post, I was recently cleaned out of baby cards by the gift shop owner. So now I am making more baby cards, as they are my best seller.
My dear friend Ina from Little Bits of Craft told me about the challenge from Paper Players, which required making a clean and simple baby card. Right up my alley!
So here it is, and it was incredibly simple.
I started with some dsp from an old Kaisercraft pack. I then cut out the white centrepiece using MFT dies, and stamped the greeting which is from a retired SU set called Cuddles and Kisses.
Last but not least, I added a dragon from the Lawn Fawn “Critters Ever After” set. I always have characters from this set coloured and sitting with the stamp and die set. It’s much easier to have them on hand and ready when I need them. I just added a few diamontes to finish it off.
I will be making more of these as they are very cute! (And I’m sure they will sell well.)
Thanks for looking, and as always, if you want to comment and the comment box isn’t showing, click the title of this post and it will magically appear!
This is so cute and adorable Cheryl. Lovely cas card. Gorgeous colours and love the font.
Thanks so much, Ina!
Cute, cute baby card design.
A dragon baby, how cute! Love your CAS card, Cheryl. It has plenty of white space and the stitching and rhinestones add just the right amount of interest. Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at The Paper Players!
Thanks so much, Verna!

Thanks so much Sandy. I tend to make more CAS baby cards, than non-CAS. I think uncluttered is better for these types of cards.
