You may be aware I sell cards to a flower shop and a gift shop on a regular basis.
They both have different needs, and for the flower shop, I provide quite a few sympathy cards. Until recently, she mostly bought pastel colored cards. Now that has changed to black and white, and she requested a bundle of them.
This one was very simple. White cardbase to begin with, and I cut a smaller sized black card topper. I then took a shaped die, and cut out another white piece. This was stamped with a flower from the Stampin Up Avant Garden set.
I believe the greeting is from a Gina K Designs set I bought many, many years ago.
Lastly I added a black ribbon and bow, then added the whole thing to the black card stock.
That’s it. All done.

Beautiful black and white design. I always like the black and white combination for cards for any occasion.
Thanks so much, Verna. Yes, I’m the same – love the elegance of black and white cards.
I can see why the Black and White combo, it just works especially on an elegant design like this!
Thanks so much, Therese!
