Masculine Easel Card

It was my adult son’s birthday recently so I needed to make a card for him.

I had the Gentleman’s Emporium products waiting for me to play with, so I thought it a good opportunity. I folded my cardstock in half as normal, then folded one side in half again to make my easel.

I cut a piece of design paper from the Gentleman’s Emporium collection and placed it on the cardbase.

Next I took one of the postcards and placed that on the easel. I used strips from the Ephemera pack and placed them each end of the postcard. I also cut out the Timepiece mini-die and added it on the left side near the top.

The postcard didn’t need a lot of embellishment as it already had some images printed on it.

I cut two distinctly different borders from the design paper, using one as a simple border on the base, and the other to hold the easel (postcard) in place.

I used foam tape to lift it enough to keep the postcard in place.

Last of all, I added another Ephemera piece – Sweet Wishes.
