Mini Album Tutorial

As you are probably aware, I spent the best part of the last two weeks in Queensland (two states away). I spent an entire week with my dear friend Ina from Little Bits of Craft.

We spent two days at the Brisbane Craft Expo, where we met two amazing crafters, Therese from Lost in Paper, and Linda Langes from A Happy Scramper, both who were incredibly nice, as well as being generous with information. The rest of the week we spent crafting!

The mini album you see above is a gift I made for Ina as a thank you for having me. Here is the link to the video that taught me how to put the pages together. (It is made using two 12×12 sheets, but I expanded mine to use more sheets.) I have watched loads of mini album and full album videos over the past months, as this was something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but had no idea how to go about it. The heart pockets I used inside were learned from some of these videos.

I’ve made a basic video showing the album, and what I put inside it. I hope to make more videos in the future, but hopefully they will be much better quality than this one, which I nearly didn’t upload, but thought it might help other people. (I apologise that it’s so narrow, but I now know what I did wrong.)

In the video I named all the products I used (for your information) except one, which I couldn’t remember at the time.  The vintage lady and the postcards were from Magnolia Lane. Apologies for the omission.

Anyway, here is the video; I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks for looking, and as always, if you want to comment and the comment box isn’t showing, click the title of this post and it will magically appear!
