This card is basically two banners – one made with patterned paper, and a slighty smaller one made from vellum.
The butterfly was cut from vellum with a die, then I used a Copic marker to color it on the back. I then traced the outline of the butterfly (from the negative), to make a background for the butterfly.
I made a banner from Big Wishes II – from Inspired by Stamping (this has quickly become my most favorite birthday greeting!) then sponged the edges with distress ink, and popped it up on dimensionals.
Last but not least, I added some tiny pearls and colored rhinestones, then added a beautiful flower, which is also from Inspired by Stamping.
